Insurance quotations brought in to the workshop £40

Deposit/Estimate charge £35 per item.
This charge is the minimum fee and taken off of the repair charge when items are brought into the workshop for repair.

• For field visits beyond Winchester, Kingsworthy, Eastleigh, Fairoak, Botley an additional £5.00 will be added to the field visit prices listed above.

• For field visits beyond Alresford, Bishops Waltham, Wickham, Stockbridge an additional £10.00 will be added to the field visit prices listed above.

• Loan set hire is charged at £1.00 a day

• Call out and up to 1 hour £70 + parts, additional time charged at £40 per hour (£10 per 1/4 hour)

 

Installation

Tass Service installs all brands of audio and visual equipment, we'll make sure all the cables and connections are correct and the equipment is giving you the best it possibly can.

We will then sit down with you taking the time to explain how to use your new purchase.

 

Do you have a Home Cinema system? Has it been set up correctly? The sound from these systems should give a fantastic edge to watching films, if you are not experiencing this, then we can tweak it so it does.

 

Wall Mounting

Its becoming increasingly common to wall mount televisions, as part of our installation service we are happy to mount your TV in a location of your choice either flat to the wall, tilting wall mount or an articulated bracket so the screen can be pulled out for viewing or permanently left floating across a corner. We also offer advise on the best location to maximise your viewing pleasure if your not sure.

 

Projectors & screens

Here at Tass service we can supply and install high quality projectors, either wall, ceiling or free standing with wireless HDMI connectivity. depending on the situation cables can be hidden from sight so a very discreet cinema can be installed in almost any room, large or small. screens from 72" to 180" diagonal (63"wide to 157"wide picture) in a compact home screen motorised with wall switch, remote control or automatically triggered from projector switch on. 

if you have a spare room or just fancy having a large screen without that black rectangle on the wall the please call us. demonstrations are available on request. 

 

Aerials & satellite

We can advise and arrange an expert satellite and aerial engineer to call out to assess and get your signal back to how it should be. Fault finding poor or no aerial reception or installing a new aerial of satellite dish to your property. If there are any issues with your Aerial or Satellite signal we can arrange to get them resolved, optimising the signal to avoid picture loss and break up.

 

Tuition

If you are unsure on how to use part of your audio or visual equipment and think the manual reads like a foreign language don't panic! Tass Service can spend the time explaining how to use your equipment, so if you are completely unsure about a feature or just need someone to take you through the basics give us a call.

 

Late Payment Fee

Payment due within 14 days of repair completion and call to customer, £12 will be added to the invoice after this time for admininstration.

Video to DVD Transfer

Do you have videos or home movies that you want to keep, memories that are irreplaceable but are degrading on VHS tapes?

We can transfer all your old home movies on to DVD, so they will not lose any more quality than they already have. We can also duplicate to give to other family members and friends.
