BOSE Wave cd radio repairs

Is your fantastic sounding BOSE wave CD not playing or accepting disks anymore, we can strip it down clean out the mechanism, polish the laser, replace the belt if required, restore the rubber roller that drags in the disk, replace all the capacitors that mainly cause this problem and have it back working like it used to be. Please do not let these amazing sounding units go to waste. On the bottom of the unit there is a label with the model code on it, please let us have that and we can quote you for the repair/service. The average repair cost with parts and labour is £85-£90

NOTES

If you are posting your unit to us, please only send the main unit with no leads or remote control unless requested. Make sure the unit is packaged well wrapped in bubble wrap or similar.

We charge £40 as an inspection fee to look at your unit, This is to attempt a repair on it. Normally with the service we carry out this is all that is required and a good 95% are successful repairs, There is of course always that rogue unit that wont play ball and this is what the inspection fee is for. Successful repairs have this inspection fee knocked off of the final bill so you only pay the balance when it is fully repaired. 

If the laser is defective (quite rare) we cannot replace it as the only versions out there are copy's and are very poor so we do not fit them.

Postage

We generally will post the unit back via Royal Mail standard post to make it more economic. We leave the option open for you to decide if you would like it insured and for how much, this will be charged at the current rate Royal mail use.
